Do you know if Jom Classifieds is able to trigger content plugins? I can't find any information on this in their feature list / forum)

If not, are you familiar with template overrides (default functionality in Joomla!)? docs.joomla.org/J3.x:How_to_use_the_Template_Manager

or, maybe you can add a Custom (HTML) module to this page. In the module you then add {_jssocials} (without the _) assign it to this (or more) pages, set it to display on the correct template module position and in tab options you set prepare content = yes
