Fix warning: Use of undefined constant OCHSUBSCRIPTIONS_DEBUG was created by Dmitrijs Rekuns
Hi Ruud,
There is a warning message when I set PHP error report to maximum:

Warning
Use of undefined constant OCHSUBSCRIPTIONS_DEBUG - assumed 'OCHSUBSCRIPTIONS_DEBUG' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /path/administrator/components/com_ochsubscriptions/libraries/OCH/Ochsubscriptions/PaymentPlugin.php on line 102

A fix is needed.

was already fixed 1 week ago, so it is in the last dev version. I will upload a new one in a minute
