Implemented Export/removal of data or plugin for Privacy Tools Suite

We have talked about it months ago, just a little remind not to forget: would be good to make a plugin for Privacy Tool Suite helping to export and/or remove user's data.

haven´t forgotten this, even better: currently in test on my dev environment
both export and delete user, fully integrated via Joomla com_privacy.
Just need to add one function to 'bulk' set the privacy consent for existing customers: this will be a button in the customer view.
Will try to finish that tomorrow morning, so if you want I can then send you a copy to test over the holidays?

in first post of this topic i added a download link to the 3.7.0-DEV (Privacy) version (component / system plugin).
I have also added the documentation > onlinecommunityhub.nl/documentation/ochsubscriptions tab documentation > tab Privacy

There are two things to 'focus' tests on:

1. does it work technically
2. is the functionality implemented correct / did i make the right functional design decisions.
