New version of Joomla 3.9.27 is available, introducing security and maintenance fixes and a new feature: disable FLoC by default

There is some discussion on this release as to whether it has a bug or not.

better wait before installing: the security fixes are labelled low to medium. So the Joomla Security team will eventually either say 'Go' or release a new version.

The awesome Joomla dev team just pushed version 3.9.24 to production with 3 security vulnerabilities and more than 35 bug fixes and improvements.

Will Joomla 4 stable be released this year? Still a lot to do and far from being anywhere near stable. The current (very small) team that is working on it is doing the best they can. let's give them a hand and give this new beta a run for it's money...
