Open graph is installed. Not sure what is wrong ...

For the issue at hand:
ochOpenGraph works automatically on pages that display and Joomla Article (like this one: mediv.be/over-ons/mediv)

Your frontpage is not an article view but is a page constructed with sppagebuilder.

You can add ochOpenGraph to these pages as well, for this you need to create a custom module and add that to these pages.
You can find more information on this in the documentation: onlinecommunityhub.nl/documentation/ochopengraph-content-plugin tab 'Documentation' > tab 'manual setting'

One more question, I assigned the module to all pages, so also to those pages that already had open graph. Is this oke?
