Hi,
I see it on your site. Strange...
try to login with the credentials you gave me but before I get the Joomla administrator login page I need to provide a password. That password is missing so cannot login.

Hi,
so was able to login.
FYI: installed ochLogFiles so we can debug the site better. Also set 'debug=yes' on ochOpenGraph (so it writes detailed log information to the logfile).

I disabled the generation of opengraph and twitter tags in sppagebuilder (settings), this to avoid any conflicts / overwrites

To get a fresh start with the issue I cleared cache on your site (note that ochOpenGraph is a content plugin so it only executes on the first visit (cache creation) of the page)

Now it is working correct?

as you can see in the logfile (line: Conjunto de metadatos finales), it takes the correct title / image / description for the page visited

I have tried with several pages and it works correct on all pages?

so currently I am unable to reproduce this on your site.

Can you 'play' with it a bit and see if you can figure out how to get to the point where the wrong title is taken?

found it, at least a pointer to the issue.

so it turns out that on the page three (!) sets of opengraph tags are created.
  1. the first (ochopengraph): information is correct
  2. the second, information incorrect
  3. the third, information correct
below a screencapture of the source of the page where you see the 2. and 3. set

When you disable ochOpenGraph, then there are only two sets (the ones in the screen capture).

So question is: what is creating these (incorrect) opengraph tags?

In SP pagebuilder we disabled the generation of these tags, but I see on the individually created pages that there it is enabled again?
I do not want to change anythinng on these designed pages as I'm afraid things will break, but if you could turn that of there and then:
  1. clear cache
  2. visit the page
  3. ctrl-u (for page source) in your browser
  4. search for 'og:title': there should only be one found (the correct one by ochOpenGraph)
Can you give that a try?

Hi
I have picked up this email of yours from the previous domain and now I think it is working correctly


found it, it comes from the helixultimate system plugin that has an override file that explicitly sets all these
tags.

this is the file:
/plugins/system/helixultimate/overrides/layouts/joomla/content/open_graph.php

I have added a return; in the beginning so the file gets loaded but doesn't do anything.

thanks for reqporting back and yes now I remember it: it was the plugin that was doing things ignoring the configuration etc.
I think this is a bug (or at least an unwanted feature) of helix ultimate.

Glad it is working now!
Closing this topic, feel free to open a new one when you have any other questions / issues.
Will be deleting all login information from the records as well!
