No bug Configuring plugin / issue with display

Though I am not a newbie to Joomla I am a beginner to openGraph at all
Therefore I have some questions which may sound stupid for some other users. Sorry

But first I have to mention my biggest issue after installing ochOpenGraph.
I am using Yoothem Pro with Zoolanders Essentials which provide a Social share element.
If I click the share button the create article window opens and dsplays image and content of the page the button is placed on. After posting the page gets displayed on the facebook page I am logged in.
This works fine when using my personal profile or one of my page profiles, but as soon as I switch to my other page profile the create article window remains empty.
I understand that this may not be an ochOpenGraph issue, biut more a wrong setting on the facebook page, but after checking all settings I wasn't successful.
Therefore I would like to ask if You possibly can help. 

Second I am getting confused by filling out the plugins OpenGraph settings
When do I need the facebook App ID? It seems to work without. Where do I get it?
Facebook  Page ID: What is it needed for? I added the ID of the page which doesn't work (see above) and posted to another page without issues.

There are some other settings which are not yet clear to me such as fallback images, but I guess I can find out their functionality as soon as posting to my desired page works.

Just to clarify: there are two thing involved in sharing: 1. the actual sharing of the url to Facebook (that is done via a button, or bij manually creating a post on facebook with the URL), 2. Facebook visiting the URL to fetch the information from it needed to display the page (image, title, description).

ochOpenGraph help giving you control over 2. It provides the tags (you can see these when you go to the page source in your browser) that start with og:, so og:image is the image that Facebook will display on their platform (when that image meets the facebook requirements (size).

Your page (nor ochOpenGraph) have any knowledge of who / what is visiting the page: ochOpenGraph just adds the tags. So we have no control over the Facebook part: we cannot control wheter the page is posted on personal or business pages as we just do not know where the user (via 1.) is posting it.

When logged into Facebook you can (via the developemnt portal) create a facebook app. here is an article with a lot of inrmation on this: magicbrief.com/post/what-is-facebook-app-id-and-how-to-use-it

The Facebook Page ID, is an ID to your Facebook Page (if you have one). When the url is shared with the ID, then you will have some extra features on your facebook page. You can find it here: www.facebook.com/help/1503421039731588/?helpref=uf_share

Note: Both are not needed for ochOpenGraph to function correct (otherwise they would have been required).

There are some other settings which are not yet clear to me such as fallback images, but I guess I can find out their functionality as soon as posting to my desired page works.

Fallback images give you the possibility to always have an og:image on your pages, even when there are no images found on the page, or when the images on the page are to low quality.
