No bug Additional Renewal Issue

Hi Ruud,

The renewal email I got for ochSubs & PayPal both indicated a 25% discount, however, when I go to checkout ochSubs is only showing a 10% discount. PayPal is correct. Can you correct before I do the actual checkout?

Hi Alex, this is correct: renewal discount is 10%. In de expiry mail send 30, 15 and 2 days before I add a coupon for 25%.
So you need to use the coupon that was in these mails in the checkout to get the 25% discount.

Let me know if this doesn't work.

OK< I have more information. If I apply both 25% coupons to what I have in my cart, the first one that I applied gets reduced to 10%. I can flip flop between them by applying the coupons in different orders.

Hi Alex, that is corrects as well as you can only apply 1 coupon and the coupons you have are for a specific product. So setting the one will give 25% discount to that product and the standard 10% to the other and setting the other coupon wiil 'inverse' tha.
Solution here is to make 2 checkouts: one per product each with their own coupon.
