No bug AuthorPic not working

Hey Ruud,

I have noticed that for some reason I don't see one of the authorpics anymore . Unsure why. I have tried chaging and updating it a few times but it still shows as not there. Can you assist please?

Hi Hristo,

I have added a downloadlink in the first fost, can you install this one and try:
1. if the image is showing
2. upload new image and see if the image is showing.

There have been some small changes that haven't been pushed live yet.

Unfortunately it is still not working. Not sure whats going. When I upload the image into the user profile , it looks like it saves, bu then it loads and says invalid image type.

Hi Hristo,

I found what the issue was. it was a config setting for the custom field.
You had set it to NOT automatically open the crop function and set it to autosave the image after cropping.

So what happens is the following:
1. the image is uploaded in memory
2. you can crop / or not
3. you need to save the image to disk
4. you need to save the user (which will save the url to the saved image in the user custom field)

Step 3 was ommited: you uploaded the image to memory, but the image was not saved to disk because you didn't crop the image and the setting to save the image was set to automatically after cropping the image > so there is not save (upload0 button on the image.

Need to think on what the possible combinations are with the config settings so we can prevent some combinations.

Anyway, I have configure it to crop after upload so when you press confirm in the crop screen, it will automatically save.
