Experiencing a 401 Unauthorized Error During Update?
If you're seeing a 401 Unauthorized error when trying to update your Joomla extension, it's likely due to our new two-factor authentication (2FA) security measure for your Download ID.
To resolve this, check your email (Spam folder?) for a message to approve your server or device, or read our detailed blog post here(
onlinecommunityhub.nl/best-practice/new-...-extension-downloads) to understand the steps involved. This will guide you through approving your server for future updates.

Hi,
currently offline. I will follow up tomorrow morning.
When you say: backup do you mean that the original site worked okay with ochBlog but the restored site doesn't work?

Thanks for the quick reply. I will check back tomorrow. Regarding your question, it was working with an older version of ochBlog on J4. I performed a backup of the working site then upgraded to the latest version of J4 along with updating a few other extensions . I also uploaded the most recent release of ochBlog. Somehow lost my main menu in the process. I received the 500 error after attempting to restore the working site. (Used Akeeba Backup)

Hi,
can you try to delete the following file on your site:
This file is automatically recreated when it is not found. It holds the namespace values / mapping so when there is an issue with not being able to find / load a certain namespaced file, it is possible that this file is not up to date (could be due to a restore from previous version that had different namespacing etc.)
Can you give this a try?

Code:
./administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php
Can you give this a try?

Hi,
I fixed it.
I saw that the there was a mix of ochBlog 2.0 and 3.04 files on the file system. I disabled the system plugin and reinstalled package ochblog 3.0.4. That cleaned all old files and installed the new files while retaining the configuration settings.
Error is gone.
Must have been an error with the restore of an old backup over the new 3.0.4 package.
Anyway as said: fixed!
can you confirm?
regards,
Ruud.

Perfect! It is working now. Thank you.
I have two more questions/requests. Should I start a separate thread or is it okay to continue the conversation here.
One is related to the author's overview page and the other is a CSS styling question.

Thanks for reporting back and confirming that it is working.
Better to open a new topic so we can keep things 'searchable' and keep a better overview.
Will close this one now it is confirmed.
Will be on the lookout for the new questions
regards,
Ruud.
