thanks for the report. This is actually a bug in the 4.0.0 RC1 version. It manifests itself when there are no other och plugins installed on the system (that is probably why I missed it myself).
Fixed on your website.
Will be releasing a RC2 version later today which also has this fix (and other improvements).
I will remove the credentials from your post just to be secure / just in case.
