Add a configuration toggle that, when enabled, will replace all embedded youtube videos with the youtube-nocookie videos. The video will be the same only difference is that youtube will not be able to collect privacy sensitive information form your visitor.
This will save you the trouble of replacing all embedded youtube URLs manually.
