It works with HTML iframes, I think SPPB uses its own 'format' and then uses JS to show the video (as far as i can tell from the link you provided.
Furthermore: ochFitVids is a content plugin, so the build page needs to trigger content plugins: no idea if this is the case.
Never use pagebuilders myself, so not able to tell / test.

I use a page builder, usually only on the home page, otherwise I use 100% jommla content.
