Experiencing a 401 Unauthorized Error During Update?
If you're seeing a 401 Unauthorized error when trying to update your Joomla extension, it's likely due to our new two-factor authentication (2FA) security measure for your Download ID.
To resolve this, check your email (Spam folder?) for a message to approve your server or device, or read our detailed blog post here(
onlinecommunityhub.nl/best-practice/new-...-extension-downloads) to understand the steps involved. This will guide you through approving your server for future updates.

Hello,
We do not know since when, but on this website we cannot publish on Linkedin and the online tool gives us a 403 error.
I give you an example of a news item: www.goierri.eus/noticias/ekintzailetza/2...za-kultura-sustatzen
Thanks.

Hi Josean,
what I see if that all tags are correct on the page. When doing an inspection with facebook debugger you can see that all is correct:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/?q=h...za-kultura-sustatzen
But it looks like your server (or hosting provider) has some kind of firewall / bot protection enabled blocking access from bots (like the linkedin bot / crawler)
I can tell because when I use a bot it gives the 403 error: wheregoes.com/trace/20241272161/
Is that something that rings a bell / you can check?

Cool, good you got that sorted out.
Was it a plesk firewall rule or a specific ModSecurity (Web Application Firewall) rule?
