Experiencing a 401 Unauthorized Error During Update?

If you're seeing a 401 Unauthorized error when trying to update your Joomla extension, it's likely due to our new two-factor authentication (2FA) security measure for your Download ID.
To resolve this, check your email (Spam folder?) for a message to approve your server or device, or read our detailed blog post here( onlinecommunityhub.nl/best-practice/new-...-extension-downloads) to understand the steps involved. This will guide you through approving your server for future updates.

Some unconverted images was created by Hervé
Hi Ruud
This works in general, but not on certain pages which contain images in the same "images" directory.

Good morning Hervé,
not sure what you mean with images in the same image directory.
Also on the link provided I do not see anything ochResponsiveImages related? Is the plugin enabled on this site?

Hello Ruud
Yes the plugin is activated. The images are in the correct directory I don't see where the problem comes from?

Hi Hervé,
can you reduse the minimum image size from 480 to e.g. 200?
The images on the page are 350 wide so these are smaller then the configured 480.

Hi, it is working correct now see image below.

You can recreate 'cache' by deleting all images in the ochri directory (or the directory you have configured). 'cached' images will then be automatically be recreated per what you configured.
