I purchased this and installed and activated everything. I added my license number but I am still getting error messages for the subscription.

"Error
Download ID found in ochSimpleFirewall configuration (Advanced Tab) is invalid or expired."


I sent an email too.

Hi,

thanks for reaching out. I have looked into it and can reproduce your issue.
It turns out to be a bug in the extension i use for handling downloads and subscriptions.

There are two codes:
  1. Download ID: this is a unique code per subscription
  2. Watchful ID: this is a unique code per customer (to be used on watchful)

Both can be used to validate if you have a valid subscription to download / upgrade.

but as it turns out: the validation check that the developer of the extension build in into the last release does the check only for the download ID. This is not correct. I will take this up with him.

In the meantime you can use the download ID instead of the watchful key in the plugin configuration.

Or wait until this gets fixed.
