Experiencing a 401 Unauthorized Error During Update?
If you're seeing a 401 Unauthorized error when trying to update your Joomla extension, it's likely due to our new two-factor authentication (2FA) security measure for your Download ID.
To resolve this, check your email (Spam folder?) for a message to approve your server or device, or read our detailed blog post here(
onlinecommunityhub.nl/best-practice/new-...-extension-downloads) to understand the steps involved. This will guide you through approving your server for future updates.

Facebook doesn't show the correct image was created by Cindy De Permentier
When I want to share an article on Facebook, Facebook doesn't give me the correct image of the article.
For example: debezatse.vrijzinnigwestvlaanderen.be/ni...ugd-2022-regio-menen
What can I do to make sure that Facebook will show the correct images of the articles I want to share?

Hi Cindy,
I see that you installed ochJSsocials. ochJSsocials put sharing buttons on the page: with these buttons you can share a page on e.g. Facebook.
What happens next is that Facebook visits the page you shared and extracts information from it: title, description, image.
For finding the correct image, facebook first looks if the page provides OpenGraph metatags: e.g. the og:image metatag provides the image that facebook will use.
If no OpenGraph metatags are on the page, facebook will try to figure it out by itself: normally it will take the page title and some text for the description, and for the image it will take the first image it finds on the page that meets the requirements.
Now to your site
You have installed ochJSsocials > now you have the buttons with which your visitors can easily share the page to the social media platforms, but was is missing is a plugin like ochOpenGraph that lets you manually / automatically provide the OpenGraph metatags on the page. (not only for facebook, but also for twitter / linkedin / whatsapp / etc.
here is the link to ochOpenGraph: onlinecommunityhub.nl/joomla-extensions/ochopengraph
This is a very powerful and highly customizable plugin. There are also free OpenGraph plugins available that maybe are sufficient for your site. That is something you need to 'play' with / investigate.
and also: please note that once shared, Facebook stores it all in their own cache, so even if you add the opengraph metatags it will still display the old image. You need to use the Facebook sharing debugger to refresh the facebook cache developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
does this make sense Cindy?
feel free to ask if things are not clear or i can help in any way.
regards,
Ruud.
