Experiencing a 401 Unauthorized Error During Update?

If you're seeing a 401 Unauthorized error when trying to update your Joomla extension, it's likely due to our new two-factor authentication (2FA) security measure for your Download ID.
To resolve this, check your email (Spam folder?) for a message to approve your server or device, or read our detailed blog post here( onlinecommunityhub.nl/best-practice/new-...-extension-downloads) to understand the steps involved. This will guide you through approving your server for future updates.

HTML option going to 404 page was created by john zimmerman
Loaded extension and on a 4.0 version. Used the HTML extension and now pages go to 404 pages. The homepage works but all other pages are offline. HTML is attached to the end of all pages, but will not revert back, uninstalled and unchecked HTML option, cleared catch, but still stuck on . HTML

Hi John,
sorry to hear you are having issues with your site.

To understand what is going on and if this is related to ochResponsiveImages I need some more info.

What do you mean with HTML Extension and HTML is attached to the end of all pages.

ochResponsiveImages has an advanced setting "Enable HTML cleanup", is that what you enabled? Or did you enable the adding of .html to your site URLs?

I need to now how to reproduce the issue, so if you can clarify that would be great!
