Experiencing a 401 Unauthorized Error During Update?
If you're seeing a 401 Unauthorized error when trying to update your Joomla extension, it's likely due to our new two-factor authentication (2FA) security measure for your Download ID.
To resolve this, check your email (Spam folder?) for a message to approve your server or device, or read our detailed blog post here(
onlinecommunityhub.nl/best-practice/new-...-extension-downloads) to understand the steps involved. This will guide you through approving your server for future updates.

Hello,
I have just noticed when someone paid, it doensn't automatically the subscription affected to them. I need to check one by one the transactions in the component and affect the subscription manually.
It seems to have started after the 30 january
So what is causing it ?

Hi, sorry to hear you are having issues.
Currently on holidays (this week) so limited in troubleshooting / online time.
Nobody else reported this issue, for my own site it also works correct. So this is likely site related (and fixable)
So to get some more information:
What payment provider are you using?
Is it the latest version and are you also on the latest version of OchSubscriptions (3.10)?
Can you turn on debug in component settings advanced tab and in the payment plugin. This should give verbose logs with possibly a clue as to why it doesn't work.
If you can provide me the logs with a purchase in it that didn't activate that would be great (you can email them to me)
Last: do you have a test site where you can reproduce the issue?

The payement provider is paypal, yes it's OchSubscriptions in version 3.10 which is installed
Going to options in OchSubscriptions component load in endless way
The best way is to have a test, i will tell you when it's set up

Hi Florian,
found the issue. As it turned out there where some database table issues > these should have been updated in a previous release but for some unknown reason these updates where not applied.
I also fixed some warnings and an issue with the 'one time' product type.
Will do some more tests on the test site you created. will ask you to confirm if it is working again when done.
